This warranty is limited to product failure as a result of air loss from splitting or bursting. The damage must not have been the result of over-inflation, being sliced open, or perforated by a jagged object. Fenders that have failed as a result of continued use or wear or have been subjected to a vinyl degrading solvent are also precluded from the warranty. G2 WATER by HEDSTROM will repair or replace product if the original receipt is provided upon return. The fender must be returned for inspection of the failure before replacement is granted. Return authorization must be requested from G2 WATER by HEDSTROM. G2 WATER by HEDSTROM is not responsible or liable for any ancillary, circumstantial, accidental or consequential damages; and will not undertake the liability of the buyer or others for injury or damage of property.
